Altea: Between Alicante and Valencia, in the mediterranean Costa Blanca, rests one of the most gorgeous bays of the Spanish seaside, the Altea Bay. Its major town, Altea, was upon a time a fishermen's village and remains nowadays one of the oldest enclaves of the Levantine coastline. Hiding in plain sight above the terrain, its blue tiled dome dominates the whole bay. It is indeed an outstanding location that holds in addition great connections and services, and a warm and steady year-long climate that makes of this emplacement a privilege for its people.
Location: The Villas are lying on the southern part of the Bay on a fully developed, urbanized landscape with easy access streets, individual and additional parking places, finished gardens, and a continuous enclosure that provides privacy and exclusivity to the villas, its gardens, the pool and its facilities. The Villas are located in the Albir township, an area which holds no ongoing construction works and that is distinctively quiet.
Access: The Albir township is located in the Alfaz del Pí borough. Its multiple connections by road, plane and train make the villas easy to access from Alicante (40 km South) and Valencia (130 km North). Both of these two major cities have international airports and a great number of daily flights to and from a large number of European cities and to the major Spanish cities. In addition, Alicante and Valencia are both connected by high speed rail AVE, and the Albir is directly accessible from the AP-7 or E-15 highways, or from the national N-332 road. Whether you prefer public transport, Altea and the Albir are well connected by train and bus and offer daily services to all previous destinations plus local ones.
Surroundings: The Albir offers all the residential commodities anyone can ask for. A large number of supermarkets, banks and commercial areas can be found and hotels, pharmacies, pubs, restaurants, taxis and shops are everywhere, especially close to the Albir beach. Nevertheless, 2 Golf courses are found in the area, one in Benidorm, and the other one, called "Don Cayo", in Altea, where numerous championships are held every year, can be found within a 10 minute drive from el Albir. Altea's bay holds in addition 3 Marinas, diving stations and multiple beaches with outstanding facilities, all accessible within minutes.
TYPE A: There are 8 Villas with 107 sq.m of internal area, with 22 sq.m private terraces and independent 30 sq.m gardens. They rise two floors: the ground floor comprising a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, full equipped bathroom, floored terrace with a porch, exterior laundry room and a small private garden. The upper floor can be accessed from the inside or the outside and comprises a studio open to the ground floor that offers the possibility of enlargement and adding another bathroom, and another private solarium/terrace.
TYPE B: There are 2 Villas of 175 sq.m including terraces and independent 210 sq.m gardens, with a choice of two to three floors depending on the case. The ground floors comprises the dining and living room, kitchen, a bedroom with a full equipped bathroom and a terrace over 200 sq.m clearance. Split between two or three floors, depending on the case chosen, the upper floors comprise bedrooms, bathrooms and a small office room in one of them.
The Villas can be accessed via two different entrances located in different streets at opposites sides of the residential area (Camí de la Cantera and c/ Boyero.). It is a fully enclosed area and access is restricted to the owners. Inside the residential area, the owners can drive along freely through an external ring that connects and gives access to each and every one of the Villas through one of the sides. The front façade of the Villas is oriented to a fully planted communitarian garden with palm trees comprising different heights that link the different private gardens and that leads to a swimming pool located in the centre of this area. In addition, through the Cami de la Cantera entrance, there is an external parking area in which 10 additional vehicles can be parked with direct access to the Villas.
