Our villas, located in the Mediterranean seaside in the Altea Bay, benefit from a year-long warm and steady climate consequence of the mountains surrounding the bay. This makes the location of the Villas an ideal place for residence all year round.
Whether Altea once used to be a fishermen's village and generate most of its income out of fishing, it is nowadays a full developed town with a beautiful old town centre located on a hill that dominates the whole bay. Its preserved architecture and ts meandering streets hide an endless choice of restaurants, bars and shops that make walking between them a true activity. Its nightlife could not possibly be better, the great choice of different ambiences and the number of well-known locations will accommodate anyone's choice.
Altea's main beach is a beautiful spot accounting for a great number of facilities that allow the practice of watersports such as sailing, snorkeling, diving, fishing, waterski, jet-ski and many others. Rated with the Blue Flag for beaches, it is one of the cleanest and safest beaches in the area, as well as having one of the clearest waters along with services such as hammocks, showers and first aid.
Its three Marinas make it a fantastic place for sailing lovers and their ability to take in both sail boats and motor ships, even great length ships, will please any ocean fanatics. Along the Marinas and the beach there is a great choice of restaurants where superb Spanish fish, paellas and wine are served.
Altea's bay is a nice and safe place making for a great living area, however inside the bay the quietest place is the Albir area, where our Villas are located and where a large number of inhabitants from Nordic and central European countries have decided to settle. Proof of this is that the biggest Norwegian community in Europe can be found here. In addition to the ease of access a seaside location offers, its connections with Europe's major destinations through the airports in Alicante and Valencia, the high speed trains to both these cities, and the highway network, make Altea and the Albir fast and easy to access. It is then here where we decided to develop our housing project, nowadays completely finished, with all the commodities and ready to be inhabited.
