There are 8 Villas with approximately 107 sq.m of internal area, with 22 sq.m private terraces and independent 30 sq.m gardens. They rise two floors: the ground floor comprising a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, full equipped bathroom, floored terrace with a porch, exterior laundry room and a small private garden. The upper floor can be accessed from the inside or the outside and comprises a studio open to the ground floor that offers the possibility of enlargement and adding another bathroom, and another private solarium/terrace.
The Villas can be accessed via two different entrances located in different streets at two opposites of the residential area (Camí de la Cantera and calle Boyero.).
